Agreement to terms
By using WEMAZU, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
Platform responsibility boundaries
WEMAZU provides deployment infrastructure. We are responsible for:
- Providing reliable deployment infrastructure
- Maintaining platform security and availability
- Protecting your account data and configurations
- Providing support for platform-related issues
We are not responsible for:
- The content, security, or compliance of your deployed applications
- Errors or bugs in your code
- Build failures or deployment issues caused by your code or configuration
- Third-party services or dependencies used by your applications
- Legal compliance of your applications or content
User responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring your code and applications comply with applicable laws
- Maintaining the security of your applications and data
- Ensuring your applications do not violate our Acceptable Use Policy
- Backing up your code and configurations
- Managing access to your account and projects
Service availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or address issues that temporarily affect availability. We will notify you of planned maintenance when possible.
Payment and billing
Payment is processed monthly in advance. You are responsible for all charges associated with your account. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your account. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy.
Account termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.
Limitation of liability
WEMAZU is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable EU law.
